In order to provide all of the required and convenience services throughout the weekend, there are some job functions that we need additional help with. Therefore to keep ticket prices low, we have always required all attendees 16 and older to work a 1 or 2 hour shift.
General Information:
- All attendees 16 year old or older must signup to work ONE work shift.
- If more than ONE shift is submitted, we will assume you really wanted to work more than one and will schedule you for all of them.
- Once the form is submitted, no changes will be allowed before the event.
- Please be entirely sure that you will be on-site in time for your shift and that the shift selected is one that you really want.
- We will not schedule workshops you are leading during the work shift selected.
- Each Job Function has a limited number of spots available for each Day and Time.
- We may need to adjust already selected functions or selected shifts in the event a planned activity is cancelled or rescheduled.
- If changes are needed, we will contact you as soon as humanly possible via email and/or phone to attempt to correct the situation. If we cannot reach you, we will have to ignore your submission and you will need to sign up for a different shift at the event.

- Workshop Schedules - Are not scheduled until we get closer to the event date.
- Gates Open - Fri @ 4:00pm
- Registration Check-In Begins - Fri @ 5:30pm
- Adult Open Mic - Fri @ 8:00pm
- Brunch - Sat & Sun 10am - 11:30am
- Dinner - Sat & Sun 5:00pm - 6:00pm
- In Concert at Fall Fling - Sat 7:00pm to 9:30pm
- Kid's Open Stage - Sun 3:30pm
